Marketing Masterclasses for up to 3000 startups across
10 London Boroughs
The design and delivery of 130 In-person and Online 3hour interactive sessions which covered the basics of Marketing in an practical group environment. Sessions were delivered and trained by Jen and two hand-selected facilitators. The Masterclasses were supplemented with a purposed designed digital workbook that attendees could use in-session. Marketing, participant on-boarding and additional 1-2-1 support was provided by the client.
The 18 month programme designed by Jen Scott and delivered by her trained Hustle & Heels team supported over 2500 startups across 10 London Boroughs receiving 5 star participant reviews across 97% of all delivered sessions.
Hair-iD x Bronner Bros. // Atlana,USA
To introduce and generate brand awareness of two complimentary
brands into new International markets
The development and execution of the first ever International partnership between Hair-iD and Bronner Bros International, the World's largest privately owned haircare brand. The partnership opened Bronner bros up to the European Market and introduced award-winning HairiD to the US market. Hair-iD rolled out a UK-wide search for the best Hairstylist which saw 4 Semi-finalists battle for an all expenses paid trip to Bronner Bros Show where the winner was hosted and awarded at the International Show in front of 5000 attendees.
US based Bronner Bros reported a significant uplift in International enquiries and saw a 30% increase in show bookings from Europe. UK based Hair-iD saw a significant increase in hair extension sales from the US Market and reported 15% online community growth

Multiple Business Support Programmes for High Businesses and Startups across 4 main Town Centres.
The design and delivery of various programmes of support targeted at retail, hospitality and businesses based on Industrial Estates across the Borough. Delivered in-store on a 1-2-1 basis, the support provided includes access to personalised business advice and guidance from a team of business experts.
Programmes designed by Jen Scott and delivered by her trained team through Hustle & Heels have so far engaged over 1000 High street businesses and provided over 230 with 1-2-1 expert-led sessions and provided tailored action plans. Programmes ongoing until 2024.
The London Borough of Barnet // London, UK
To support 70% of businesses across Finchley Centrals and North Finchley by June 2023.
Delivery comprises of three tiers of support - Signposting, Advice and High-level support provided through a provision of in-store one-to-one's and online one-to-many group sessions. A Needs Assessment Survey was also designed and distributed among the business and the local resident community to inform the design and development stage of the programme design.
The end of month targets for the first two month have been surpassed by 5% delivering over 60 business improvement action plans via in-store consultations. This ongoing programme is being project managed by Jen Scott through Hustle and Heels and is due to end in June 2023.
